We use the DATEV customer module of the client remote support to do just that.
After you provide your agreement, you enable us to view and control your PC via the Internet. By the same token, we are able to provide you with an insight into the screen content of our computer. By sharing a view of the respective screens – online via the Internet – we are able to resolve any questions you might have, e.g. regarding your accounting, quickly and very simply.
